Do you offer one-off projects?
Yes. Many clients start with one project and later move to a managed plan.
Microsoft 365
How long does a mailbox migration take?
For most SMEs, between a few days and two weeks depending on mailbox count and size. We migrate in the background and switch over with minimal disruption.
Can we keep our existing domain?
Yes. Your email stays on your own domain; we only update the DNS records needed for Microsoft 365.
Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?
It depends on whether you need desktop Office apps, advanced security or compliance. We recommend the lowest plan that meets your needs, and you can mix plans across users.
Security and backup
We are a small company. Are we really a target?
Yes. Automated attacks target everyone. SMEs are often hit because basic controls such as MFA are missing.
Can you configure a firewall we already bought?
Yes. We regularly configure and tune existing firewalls, including FortiGate.
Doesn't Microsoft already back up our 365 data?
Microsoft keeps the service running, but retention of deleted items is limited. A separate backup protects you against deletion, ransomware and retention gaps.
